Dining on a budget can be very hard to find in Cartagena but this little place has it all after a delicious seafood soup that leaves your tastebuds craving for more I had the shrimp habaneros and island rice; simply out standing. Amazing that some places can sell you excellent food not ripping you off. I recommend everyone on this forum to come and get a taste.
