The concept of a food hall with diverse vendors is fantastic, offering a variety of cuisines under one roof. However, Union Food Hall falls short in its execution. Individual management of each eatery is crucial for quality control, it seems this is lacking here. The result is a mixed bag. The empanadas were a saving grace, but the sushi experience was a major disappointment. Every single roll contained cream cheese, which some may dislike (like myself). Even opting for a custom roll without it revealed the underlying issue: the sushi rice and overall quality were simply subpar.
