This visit to Patagonia Grill may have been the best so far. I started off with the Ensalada de bocconcini, albahaca, tomate y aceitunas kalamatas and paired with the crusty charred bread was fantastic. Then for the main course, i requested a slight variation on the menu; I requested the Filete Nacional, but instead of the butterfly cut, I requested the Fillet be brought out as a small log. This came out exquisitely perfect! The seared crust of the fillet was slightly salty but when I added the Chimichurri it balanced out. The baked potato as my side was light and delicious. So far Patagonia has never struck out.... This time it was a grand slam!
