From beginning to end just a not great experience. Walking in the door the servers were perplexed I think to see a customer. I had to ask if they were open which they agreed they were. The dining room tables were mostly empty with a few tables set for customers; there were no actual customers but for a place to seem like fine dining at least all tables should be set. Service was slow in the beginning and non-existent for the remainder of the meal. Not once were we asked if things were ok or needed anything, nor were any plates cleared at any time. The food was the real low point for me however as I can easily deal with poor service and poor atmosphere. I can't recall the names of all the dishes but the shrimp with weird sweet sauce and decrative but edible butterfiles for $28 was awful. The "ravioli" weren't great but mostly edible. The Puerco Salteado al Wok was just ok but not enough to salvage this dining experience. I wouldn't return or recommend this place to anyone.
