A large group of friends decided to go to La Fragata during Restaurant week. I made the reservation through the Degusta App. We arrived early to have some drinks. We were welcomed and taken into a small private dining room setbup with a table for ten. Itvwas the perfect set up. My wife and decided to order one of the tasting menus offered for the week and some items off the regular menu. The tasting menu was good. Some of the many items were not as good as expected. The crema de zapallo lacked some seasoning. And the mouse de mero had way too much mayonaise. The piquillos rellenos were fantastic. And the skirt steak was cooked properly. My favorite item was the tempura fried robalo. I tasted the paella and it great as well. The white sangria is so good that many pitchers were consumed. The service was spectacular. I look forward to going back to try other menu items.
