The Ceviche came out way too fast. So not made al minute as should be done with authentic Peruvian Ceviche. It also came out warm. As if it was never refrigerated! The seafood in the chaufa was inedible, very chewy to the point of ridiculous. The dining room is small and noisy. Service was uninspired. The only good thing was the portion size. Tok bad the food wasn't good.
