If it were not for the wonderful server that attended to us, this experience would have been one of the worst. She saved the day. But she could not do anything about the food. The Peruvian style Ceviche de corvina was lousy. It was not Peruvian or Panamanian. The corvina had a bad texture and appeared to be overcooked in the citrus. It was bad.
