Once again I tried another burger during burger week. This one was the Si Puedes burger of Salsipuedes in the Bristol Hotel. It was delicious. The bun was perfect and the meat was perfect. Prior to the hamburger we had a sampling of ceviches served in deep sea shells on a miniature "panga". The presentation was beautiful and the ceviches matched the presentation. At the end of the meal we shared a flourless chocolate cake that was "to die for"! I will go back to try other menu options that looked vety good.
