Sante is a very casual place to eat. Very assorted menu which does not give me much confidence in the quality of the fare. I ordered the Patacones with Ropa Vieja which was good but lacked enough meat to really judge the plate. The favorite Jack Daniel burger was simply ok. Under-cooked even when asked to have it prepared to Medium doneness. The Margarita was excellent!
