I absolutely loved this restaurant and what the chef had to offer on his menu, which is mainly Caribbean Fusion gastronomy. We had the ceviche for starters, and I have never had ceviche with sorbet, and it was AMAZING. The ceviche was prepared with coconut milk and a maracuya flavored sorbet was added, and it was a great pairing, something different for sure. We also ordered the salmon tartar that had thin slices of mango on the bottom, and that was amazing as well. For main course we ordered the Entrana and Langostinos, which I highly recommend as well. The service provided by our waiter Gabriel was top notch, always attentive. This restaurant really should get more exposure, because it definitely deserves it.
